Services and scope
Services follow the written proposal, order, statement of work or invoice agreed by both parties.
Applications and payment
Submitting a form does not create a contract or charge. Work begins only after scope, inputs and payment terms are agreed.
No visibility guarantee
AI observations are time-bounded samples. Inclusion, citations, recommendations, ranking, traffic and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, timely approvals, lawful materials and role-based access. Passwords and secret keys must never be sent through forms.
Intellectual property
Each engagement must specify ownership of deliverables and pre-existing materials.
